It was incorporated in 2019 by Promoters, Mr. Karthikeyan and Mrs. Hemalatha by business takeover of Mrs. SRI SAI CONSTRUCTIONS being Proprietorship concern of Mrs. Hemalatha, which was a successful EPC Concern being run by the Promoters since 2013 and the success of this venture owes its origin to the two decades of relevant experience Mr. Karthikeyan had gained in erection of EHV substations prior to starting his own venture.
